ETM Global Events Quarterly Recap

ETM produces, organises and manages thousands of events every year. We pride ourselves on making these events memorable, engaging and cost effective for the event owners and their attendees.

For this quarter (Jul-Sep) ETM have moved over 38,500 pax travelling across 940 groups and events. Planning for some of these groups started over a year ago and some clients got in touch just a week out from travel. ETM always aim to be adaptive and solution driven to ensure the needs of our clients are met whether for a large conference or a small group movement.

Our most recent global group travel project was for an event with 2,969 pax travelling to Las Vegas for their Sales Kick Off. Changing goal posts, unrest and weather were some of the requirements we managed for the client to ensure their attendees were in Vegas on time. Our onsite team managed changes onsite as required. For this event, we saved the client around US$125,000.

We love planning events in fabulous destinations and scoping out new options. Working with a client to make sure their business needs and desired outcomes are met and their attendees have amazing experiences. Whether it’s a venue find, group travel / accommodation or Full Event Management we are able to help all our clients with their needs. Some of the fab places we’ve been working on for this quarter include major & regional cities in:

  • Australia (various major & regional cities)
  • UK (various major & regional cities)
  • North America (various major & regional cities)
  • Belfast
